"I wish it were possible to give this company and this office in particular 0 stars ... or negative stars. I spent four years giving them thousands of dollars just to have them lie to me, misinform me, and nickel and dime me out of $320. My car was broken into and someone attempted to steal it. In doing so, they damaged the ignition. So, I had to have it towed to a mechanic. I called my insurance agent no fewer than three times before I had it towed asking many questions including "Does it matter which mechanic I take it to?" and "You are definitely going to cover everything over my deductible, right?". They told me that it didn't matter who I took it to and they would for sure cover everything over my deductible. Wrong. Lies. Bull-hocky. State Farm comes back and tries to claim the mechanic I had it sent to (the one closest to my house) was over charging for labor and they weren't going to pay the full amount over the deductible. Did Mark Royalty advocate for me? Figure something out? Do anything at all? No. His position was that there wasn't anything he could do and I was being unprofessional for getting angry at him and his team. The team that told me I'd receive the full amount over the deductible. The team that lied to me. He tried to lecture me on how I should be behaving after he and his office lied to me repeatedly. I'd never filed a claim before that day. I'd given State Farm thousands in home and auto premiums, and they cheated me out $320. The absolute coup de gras, though, came a couple weeks later (mind you with all the back and forth with insurance it took roughly 3 weeks to get my car back). When I was initially deciding whether to file a claim or not, Mark Royalty's office told me that filing a claim wouldn't increase my premiums because it wasn't my fault. The next bill I got from State Farm showed my auto premium had increased $30 a month. This company is an absolute scam. Mark Royalty is one of the most unprofessional, useless, and incompetent people I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I've switched to All State and am receiving a MUCH better rate for home and auto insurance. Do not trust a word anyone in this office tells you."
"Hi Marcus, I was anticipating this review from you as you are by far the most inflammatory, profane, and irrational individual I’ve ever dealt with. We were up front and honest with you every step of the way. Your bill didn’t increase because of your claim as the claim wasn’t even resolved when you received the bill you mentioned here. Your claim was paid to the full extent of liability and no surcharge was applied as explained. When you called my office after hours and cussed out my team via voicemail we hadn’t even received a bill from your repair company. We then went above and beyond by reaching out to your repair company, obtaining the estimate and submitting it on your behalf to claims. It’s not often that I have to protect my team from nasty people’s behavior, but unfortunately that was the case with you. I truly wish you the best. Best of luck, Mark"

"We will NEVER use this insurance group again. Absolutely awful costumer service, lack of communication, which lead to our policy expiring without our knowledge and has lead to so many issues with insurance and being charged DOUBLE what we normally pay annually. I could not be more disappointed in the lack of customer service here. My husband and I will be giving our business elsewhere. Beware!"

We’ve learned that communication is a two way street. No policy gets cancelled without notice sent to the address on file prior to the date of termination. "While every company is raising Insurance rates in Missouri, I found State Farm to be one of the best as far what you get for your money. The Mark Royalty agency brought the best customer service and clear communication to the table. After I started an online quote, Clayton with the Royalty agency reached out to me and walked me through every possible option and answered every one of my questions to get me the coverage I needed at a price I could afford. A month after I started my policy I contacted Clayton about some possible changes, he responded quickly and laid out what the changes would cost to the penny and was able to get my policy updated all within minutes. I have nothing but positive things to say about the Mark Royalty agency. While you can get coverage from State Farm from other agents, I highly recommend you talk to the team here first."

"I highly recommend Mark Royalty to be your next agent. I have been with State Farm for over 30 years. My previous agent meet all of my needs but Mark and his team excelled with the customer service. Mark set down with me personally and went over every detail of the policy and made sure I wasn’t paying for anything that I didn’t need. Our insurance needs are quite extensive with multiple rental properties and businesses as well as multiple cars, boats, waverunners, and other recreational vehicles.
