"While every company is raising Insurance rates in Missouri, I found State Farm to be one of the best as far what you get for your money. The Mark Royalty agency brought the best customer service and clear communication to the table. After I started an online quote, Clayton with the Royalty agency reached out to me and walked me through every possible option and answered every one of my questions to get me the coverage I needed at a price I could afford. A month after I started my policy I contacted Clayton about some possible changes, he responded quickly and laid out what the changes would cost to the penny and was able to get my policy updated all within minutes. I have nothing but positive things to say about the Mark Royalty agency. While you can get coverage from State Farm from other agents, I highly recommend you talk to the team here first."

"21 years as a customer bundling home and auto. Was dropped today by underwriting after being found not liable for any of the claims made over the past two years. Noah, who I just spoke with was completely unhelpful, uncaring, and complacent through the entire conversation saying "I hear ya, but there's nothing I can do." Dropping me from auto only because this scam company still wants my money for the home AT AN INCREASED RATE WITHOUT BUNDLING. It's not a wonder why the Federal Government is suing State Farm for malpractice, underpayment, and outright refusal of services paid for. I hope this company burns in the wake of this incredulous act and the Fed sues you into oblivion. Dropping a 21 year customer for being wrecked into by other people and found not liable for anything should be illegal, but at the very least imoral. Too bad the people who work at Mark Royalty State Farm and the other's like them don't care about their customers. Worst, most pain in the ass company I have ever dealt with. Least helpful, slowest to act/update, and does not care about you the loyal and paying customer. I don't recommend this company at all. Stay away, far away. If you can't get out of StateFarm yet and have Mark or Noah as an agent, I suggest getting a new agent at minimum because when it comes time to use the services you paid for 21 years they will drop you and not gaf. To the response from Mark: Wow! What a completely disgusting justification to eliminate a customer who was never at fault for the accidents and had verified video proof of each cause. Your company, regardless of "out of your control" or not, treated me like garbage. After 21 years a customer, when it finally came time to use your services you cut me off. I don't care if underwriting made this choice or not YOUR side of things did NOTHING but justify their actions. You work for a disgusting corporate environment and your reply falls upon deaf ears. Don't you dare act like I did anything but write a truthful review of your company. You took my money without issues until you had to pay out. I was the VICTIM in ever single instance, not the villain. You by your complacent response and State Farm underwriting are the villains here. So get over yourself and start thinking about your values towards your customers AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE SYSTEM YOU WORK FOR. It's unbelievable you even replied to me here when you know good and well how trashy this policy is to cut off people who are victims of others. So sick of all of you acting as though there was zero alternative to what your company did to me. Inconvenience doesn't begin to describe this situation and you minimizing my feelings here is beyond reproach. You're the problem when you support these decisions and do nothing about them."
